The Proposals

The proposed development would deliver up to 90 new homes, which will include a mix of housing types, and affordable homes to help meet local needs. The proposal will include a new access from Darlingscote Road, alongside the creation of public open space, a children's play area, sustainable drainage features, and comprehensive landscaping. The site layout has been designed to respect and integrate the new development with Shipston-on-Stour and the surrounding area.
